Visa Requirements: -

You must be in possession of a multiple entry Schengenstaten visa in order to take up this tour. The visa

fee includes documentation, processing and consulate fees. Some Consulates may request for a

personal interview.


Documents Required:

 Passport (with 10 year validity) with atleast 6 months validity from the date of departure. Please

note that the passport booklet should have a minimum of 2 blank pages for official use.

 Old Passport booklet if any

 2 Passport size photographs (of 35 X 45 mm with white Background on matt finish paper & 80%

face area). Please make sure your teeth are not visible. If you wear eye glasses, please wear

transparent/white lenses while getting the picture clicked. Embassies usually reject photographs

of subjects wearing coloured lenses.

 Cover letter from the ‘main applicant’ or the person incurring journey expenses explaining the

reason of travel.

 Visa applications form, duly filled and signed by passenger(s).

 Last 6 months’ personal bank statements in original on banks’ stationary.

 Self-attested copies of personal Income Tax Returns of last 3 years.

 Leave Letter/No-Objection Certificate from the employer. (template attached, please amend as


 Are you self-employed?

 Sole Proprietors: Need to submit your letter of request for issuance of visa on your company let-
ter head and a xerox copy of company registration certificate.

 Owner of a Pvt. Ltd. Company: Need to submit your letter of request for issuance of visa on

your company letter head (template attached, please amend as required) and a copy of the

memorandum of article.

 3 Months’ Salary Slips. Please provide 6 months’ salary slips if you plan to travel to Spain.

 Copy of your appointment letter

 Form-16 FOR LAST 3 YEARS (becomes mandatory if no ITR)

 Copy of your PAN card (Mandatory for Spain)

 Copy of your company ID card and latest Business Card. This helps incase the consulate/embassy

of the destination country wishes to establish contact with the customer(s).

 Xerox copy of your in-use credit card and its statement of one month. This will help the embassy

officials establish your financial condition.

 Xerox copy of your fixed deposits, PPF account or property papers (if any) & others investments.

This is recommended incase the liquidity is a constraint in the personal bank statement or if the

transactions history is not sound enough to attain visa clearance.

Arrive at Paris. You will be greeted by our representative at the airport and proceed for the hotel to

After breakfast, proceed for the Paris guided city tour which includes Louvre Glass Pyramid,

Garnier's Opera, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Napoleonic Arc de Triomphe and Hotel des

Invalides. In the evening visit the sparkling Eiffel Tower at the 3rd level (subject to Availability).

Today after having breakfast at the hotel in Paris, check-out and move towards the country which is

termed as the Heart of Europe. You will have a scenic drive crossing small villages, townships,

mountains, lakes, gardens etc. In the evening arrive Engelberg and check-in. Overnight in

After having breakfast at the hotel proceed to visit the world famous- Mt Titlis. Enjoy and

experience the drive on world's first revolving cable car ride to reach to the top of the mountain

which is 3,000 ft above the sea level. On top there are various activities which will make your day

memorable like visit Ice Caves, Walk on the Cliff Walk and ride on two way Ice Flyer and so on.

After Titlis we proceed to the beautiful city of Lucerne, which includes Lion Monument,

Kappelbrucke Wooden Bridge. Here we also have leisure time for shopping and enjoying the local

scenic beauty. Not to forget the relaxing Lake Lucerne cruise which is also part of our day in

After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Northern Switzerland and the Black Forest, one of the

most attractive landscapes of Southern Germany. Along Lake Schluchsee you reach Titisee, the very

heart of the Black Forest. You will get a short introduction in how they bring those popular cuckoo

clocks to sing, then you will enjoy time at leisure. Perhaps you wish to do a boat ride or enjoy the

local food; the most known speciality is the Black Forest Cake, made with cherry brandy. Driving

through very impressive spruce forests passing by Lenzkirch you return to Switzerland. There you

will stop to admire the Rhine Falls, Europe's largest and most spectacular waterfalls. (Meals -

After having breakfast at the hotel depart for airport for your flight back home. (Meals - Breakfast)
